Shipping policy

1. Delivery Areas We currently deliver across all major cities and towns in Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and more. Delivery to remote areas is available but may take additional time.

2. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 3–5 working days
  • Other cities & towns: 5–7 working days
  • Remote areas: 7–10 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or high-demand periods.

4. Shipping Charges Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

5. Payment Method We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Payment is collected by the courier at the time of delivery — no advance payment required.

6. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS so you can follow your delivery status.

7. Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our courier will contact you to reschedule. Repeated failed deliveries may result in the order being returned to us.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at 03054474588 with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or resolution promptly.
