4. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are accepted via our online store only.
  • Payment is accepted through Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that your provided details (name, address, phone number) are accurate.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if delivery cannot be confirmed or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across Pakistan through registered courier services.
  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days depending on your city.
  • Delivery to remote areas may take longer.
  • A delivery attempt will be made. If you are unavailable, our courier may contact you to reschedule.

6. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details. In general:

  • Items must be returned within the stated return window in unused, original condition.
  • COD orders that are refused at delivery without prior notice may be flagged.

7. Customer Responsibilities
